Terms & Conditions

TVOCA Wonder Media Studio

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with TVOCA Wonder Media Studio ("TVOCA", "we", "us") for creative and production services.

By submitting an inquiry, intake form, or payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of work

The scope of each project, including deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and fees, will be defined in writing (such as an email summary, proposal, or statement of work) and agreed upon before production begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised agreement and additional fees.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, materials, and approvals.
  • Confirm that you own or have permission to use all supplied content (including images, logos, audio, video, scripts, and brand assets).
  • Respond to feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays.

3. Fees, payments & scheduling

Fees, payment schedules, deposits, and retainers will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TVOCA does not store full payment card details.

Production timelines and scheduling may depend on timely payment. Delayed payments may result in paused or rescheduled work.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Due to the custom nature of creative services, payments are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If a project is canceled before work starts, refunds may be considered at TVOCA’s discretion.

5. Intellectual property & usage

Upon full payment, you receive the agreed usage rights to the final deliverables for the purposes outlined in your project scope. Unless otherwise agreed, TVOCA retains ownership of underlying systems, workflows, templates, and production methods.

With permission, TVOCA may showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, excluding confidential or pre-launch projects.

6. Confidentiality & data handling

Non-public information and media you share will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Media files and project data are used solely for service delivery and stored only as long as necessary.

7. Revisions & approvals

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or significant changes may require adjusted fees and timelines.

8. Limitations of liability

TVOCA does not guarantee specific outcomes such as views, engagement, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVOCA will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of delivered work.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Updates to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of engagement will apply to your project.
