Step 1

Share your project

Complete the intake so TVOCA can understand your goals, brand tone, messaging, and video needs.

Step 2

Receive your Scope of Work

You’ll receive a detailed SOW outlining deliverables, timeline, pricing, and terms. Nothing proceeds until you approve.

Step 3

Production begins

Once approved, TVOCA begins production using your brand materials, scripts, images, and preferences.

How payment & files work

TVOCA uses a simple studio workflow: intake, Scope of Work, secure payment, and cloud delivery of your assets.

  • Intake & uploads: you submit your brief, talking points, and upload logos / images directly through the Tally intake form.
  • Scope of Work (SOW): TVOCA sends a written SOW confirming deliverables, timelines, and your total project cost.
  • Secure payment: after you approve the SOW, you'll receive a Stripe payment link (and can also use the Pay Invoice button on the Pricing page) to pay your total securely.
  • Delivery: your final MP4s, audio files, and posters are delivered via secure cloud download links, ready for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

What you’ll need

To begin, TVOCA requires a few brand assets and creative inputs. These ensure smooth, accurate production and allow the studio to follow your tone and creative direction.

  • Your project goal or desired message
  • Your script or talking points (unless you add scriptwriting)
  • Your preferred visual mood or sample images
  • Background images (one per scene)
  • Your CTA line (optional but recommended)
  • Your brand colors (if applicable)
  • Logo (if you want it in the final frame)

What you receive

Cinematic short-form video

A complete 1080×1920 still-image voiceover video with captions, pacing, sound design, and branding.

Voiceover + sound

Studio-rendered narration in English, French, Portuguese, or Spanish using TVOCA's voice roster (Joe, Amy, Flo, Belle, Faber, Claudia), with premium ambient music mixed to TVOCA standards.

Final deliverables

Clean MP4, optional horizontal version, optional MP3 audio-only export, and CTA frames.

Creative guidance

Timelines, revisions, expectations, and best practices provided in your intake & SOW package.
